Client Communications Specialist
, the worlds largest network of niche career communities, has an immediate opening in our King of Prussia, PA office for an experienced client communications specialist to support the management and growth of our various partner and vendor programs. Candidates must have the ability to interact professionally with the companys vendors and partners to implement, support and grow lead generation programs for the business. This candidate will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing & Communications.
The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and driven professional that takes an analytical and proactive approach in managing and growing client relationships by understanding and applying key advertising principals to deliver solid performance and achieve maximum results (opens, clicks, registrations, etc). The candidate will also be expected to analyze and report performance and provide ongoing optimization recommendations to senior management. The position requires a forward-thinking individual who will challenge themselves and go the extra mile on a daily basis and contribute towards the growth of the organization.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of account management experience in developing and supporting third party relationships in an internet environment.
Understanding of basic online marketing and advertising principals such as CPA, CPC, CPM, etc.
Familiar with standard business terms and the ability to interpret and negotiate contracts.
Understanding of best practices in email marketing and other online marketing tactics.
Experience in applying analytic insights to business practices to improve marketing and advertising campaigns and results.
Evaluate the effectiveness of online programs in relation to marketing objectives, financial performance and the competitive environment.
Excellent communication skills able to interface and work well with others across the organization to define projects & access data required to complete projects in a high speed environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to be self motivated and handle numerous projects simultaneously; with a great attention to detail, urgency, focus and discipline.
Proven skills in the areas of business development, relationship management, contract negotiations, excellent written and oral communications, working across a virtual team, and public speaking.
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. Marketing or Communications concentration a plus.
